Our Approach

We align our community investments with our foundation’s key values and the strategies of our family of businesses – The Hebert Group, Hebert Grain Ventures, Maverick Ag, and Farmer Coach.

The most strategic and helpful investments are those done in partnership with like-minded organizations who are dedicated to serving our community. There is input from our team of employees across all of our businesses, and the final decision-making lies with our executive team – all of whom reside in our community and who understand first hand the impact potential of our partner organizations.
